Events Manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Produce all Keeley events
• Support marketing endeavors
• Research and stay current with event features and trends
• Assist in executing social media visionROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Events

• Plan and manage all company events - internal and external
• Managing tickets and invitations for sports venues (Cardinals, Rams, Blues)
• Collaborate with Community Service committee to produce charity events Marketing Endeavors

• Engage whole heatedly and creatively in marketing department projects
• Remain accountable to scorecard
• Foster company culture
• Assist in managing vendorsResearch Trends
•  
• Seek out evolving developments/trends in the events/marketing world
• Research trending platforms/apps/ideas
• Make and update recommendations for events and social media Social Media
•  
• Assist with social media posting schedule
• Collaborate with internal resources to develop posts
• Assist in managing company social media tracking spreadsheet

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• 2-5 years of social media and event planning experience
• College degree
