IT User Experience Intern

OVERVIEW:

The IT User Experience Intern will have the opportunity to work along side the User Experience team and obtain hands on skills in reporting and analytic tools as well as software products such as Salesforce. This intern position will assist in creating reports, workflows and making modifications to Salesforce for our internal user base.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Support the IT User Experience group
• Communicate with all members of the IT User Experience team for daily tasks
• Data and information collection and data entry
• Be able to provide an update on all assigned task
• Attend requirement gathering meetings
• Responsible for the completion of any assigned tasks and projects
• Learn and strictly adhere to the safety culture and policies
• Support ADB mission, vision, and values SUCCESS FACTORS:Enthusiastic about the pursuit of IT knowledge

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• Currently enrolled in college at an accredited University
• Pursuing a degree in IT
