National Account Manager/Estimator

Essential Functions:

L. Keeley Construction seeks a motivated, organized; goal oriented assistant account manager/estimator for its growing National Paving Group. Our customer base includes a number of top fortune 100 companies. Key functions include monitoring customer email, sending out RFP's, estimating, generating proposals, scheduling with operations, monitoring job progress, documenting change Orders, and invoicing. In addition to these key functions the individual must be able to apply critical thinking and navigate challenging situations. A strong background and understanding of construction is a plus. L. Roles and Responsibilities:

National account management-40%

• Service existing National Paving Customers with exceptional customer support

• Process incoming work orders and RFP's

• Provide administrative support to Project Managers and other field personal

Estimating/Bidding-35%

• Strong comprehension of construction documents

• Solicit bids from contractors

• Prepare and Submit timely proposal to clients

• Strong analytical skills required for this function

Job Costing-15%

• Track all job cost from start to finish

• Track Change Orders

• Participate in monthly job cost analysis and review

Strategic Planning-10%

• Work within the paving group to develop and execute strategic actions aligned with companies goals/expectations

Experience and Education:

• Applicable constructions experience a plus.

• 4yr college degree preferred.

• Proficient in MS office required, Timberline experience is a plus.
